Training and Experience: I am a certified Ignatian prayer guide and a graduate of the Haden Institute's two-year Spiritual Direction program. I am also a certified master naturalist through Cornell University's Conservation Education and Research Program.
Spiritual Affiliation: My church homes have ranged from Catholic to Baptist and my faith has been enriched by Buddhist studies and practice. My spiritual journey has truly been winding, but I’m grateful for the rich experiences I’ve had along the way. I have a deep and abiding love of nature and these days I spend lots of time roaming the fields and forests where I find God.
Areas of Focus: I provide individual and group spiritual direction, both in person and by phone or Zoom. I generally work with those who are spiritually curious; people who want a deeper connection to the divine than their church experience has provided, as well as those who are unchurched and seeking.
Approach to Spiritual Guidance: I am humbled by the gift of receiving your story. It is my heartfelt desire to listen with the ears of the heart, to hear how the spirit is speaking into your life, and to walk with you wherever your path leads. I am comfortable working with various faith traditions, or outside the tradition.
Personal: I am married and have three grown children. My pronouns are she/her. I love hiking, biking, kayaking and simply sitting in companionable silence with the living world around me. Past careers include lawyer, legal writer, bookstore manager, and real estate clerk.
